Who I am, in 60 seconds
I spent fifteen years in operations and technology, then moved into RevOps and sales. Now I help sales teams sell more with AI. Along the way I led a sales motion to a 3x year-over-year increase and almost $2m in sales, built spreadsheets that saved over $100k a year or sold over $500k, and ran ERP, CRM and SaaS implementations. I spent eight years in Indonesia and now live in Amsterdam, where I run AI Ascend, a trade name of Burnham Consulting B.V.
We start with what you already have, and what already works. We speed that up. Then the time it frees up goes into faster experiments, so you find out what works even better. I would rather run a small experiment this week than write a plan for next quarter.
The part that seems to matter most is that I both think and build. I will design the system and then write the code for it, and stay while it settles. I will also tell you when not to hire me. If a tool you already pay for does the job, I will point you at the tool.
